Take your run training to the next level with our 8-week guided training program. Whether you’re training for your first 5k ever, looking to set a new PR, or simply want the support and structure of a run training program, we provide in-person and at-home opportunities to train, learn, and improve. Included in the 8 weeks are tips for getting started, detailed training plans based on your experience and goals, as well as nutrition tips for fueling during training. Each week, you’ll receive accountability and progress check-ins from your Run Club+ Coach. It's community, accountability, and support to help you reach your running goals!
Who is it for?
This training is for all moms - from those starting out for the first time to experienced runners ready to run another race or improve their time. We offer a variety of training plans so that you can build distance safely or increase your speed when you are ready.
What do you get with the 8-week Run Club+ Package?
* 8 Week Half Marathon, 10k or 5k training program with weekly training plan email (distances may vary depending on finish line event)
* Private group chat to ask questions, check in with other Run Club+ participants, and stay up to date with run locations
* Topic of the week that will include education in proper running form, gear, nutrition and more
* Group run each Sunday with certified Run Club+ instructor
* FIT4MOM tank
* Private Facebook page to connect with coaches and runners
* SUPPORT and ACCOUNTABILITY group!
How much is it?
* $189 for 8 weeks
* Race registration is not included and must be paid separately by the participant (we have a F4M discount code for 15% off your race registration, ask for your code after registering for RunClub+)
When/where are the group runs?
* Kick off is February 23
* March 2 - April 19
* Sunday mornings at 8am
* Group runs start the weekend of March 2
* Location will be announced in the group chat each week (throughout NOCO)

Cancellation policy
Run Club+ 8 week program is non-refundable. If you are unable to complete your 8 week program due to injury (physician note required), we will apply your remaining session time/funds to your account as a credit to be used on a future program.
